📦 Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

✅ Eligibility for Return

• The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order ID)

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item is eligible, you can return it and place a new order separately.

🌍 European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, as per applicable laws. However, the item must still be unused and in original condition.

💸 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
• It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund
